We offer different payment structures based on when you booked and how long before your departure date you confirmed your trip. The dates below are payment deadlines, but you are welcome to make payments at any time before they are due. Bookings between Dec 29 '23 and Apr 15 '24: 30 days or less

Paying via bank transfer is easy! Please follow these steps: Log in to your account on our website. If you don't have one, you can create it in a few easy steps. Go to the "Payments" section in "My Bookings". Select the option for bank transfer. You will find our bank details on the payment page.

If you're using a bank transfer: Error in bank details: Check the details entered for the transfer are correct, the account type or bank details may be entered incorrectly. Insufficient funds: Verify that the account used has sufficient funds available to cover the amount required for the transfer.

Exoticca travel credits do not expire. These travel credits are designed to offer flexibility to our Travelers. Your travel credits can be redeemed for any trip listed on our website at the time that best suits the Traveler's plans. This means you can use your travel credits at your convenience
If you're interested in transferring your Exoticca Wallet travel credit to another account, please complete our online form. Our team will review your request and respond within 4 to 7 business days.
To pay using a voucher or discount code for your trip, this must be applied at the time of booking by one of our Travel Experts. Booking with a Travel Expert: You can request that your Travel Expert applies the voucher or discount code from your Wallet to your booking at the time of reservation.
Your travel credit will go to your Exoticca Wallet. To view the credit available, log into your Exoticca account, then go to your Exoticca Wallet.
We offer group rates for 10 or more people traveling together on the same booking. If you're interested in making a booking for 10 or more people, please complete the online form. Our team will review your request and respond within 4 to 7 business days.
