How do I request wheelchair service when booking a flight?

Updated

Please use our online form to provide us with information regarding the type of wheelchair assistance you require.

There are three options available:

  • WCHR (Wheelchair Ramp): The traveler can climb stairs and board without assistance but needs assistance to walk long distances.

  • WCHS (Wheelchair Steps): The traveler cannot climb stairs and needs assistance to the aircraft door, but they can get to their seat without help.

  • WCHC (Wheelchair Cabin): The traveler cannot walk and must be transferred to their seat. While the inability to walk does not necessarily require a companion, it's important to assess if their immobility prevents them from assisting in the event of an evacuation.

Once your request is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
