What do I do if the transfer to the hotel or the transfer to the airport doesn't pick me up?

The first thing you need to do is check that you have the transfer confirmed and included in your documentation. Normally, the transfer is waiting for you after you pick up your luggage in the arrivals area.
If you're unable to find your transfer/driver, you can contact our local Travel Partner directly by calling the number provided for your transfer, or you may alternatively contact our in-trip assistance team.
