In addition, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) requires that air passengers provide their contact details (mobile number and/or email) to the airlines providing flight services. If a customer does not wish to provide this information it will be noted in the air reservation, however, the traveler may not receive information from the airline relating to flight cancellation or schedule changes (including delay in departure).
