My luggage didn't arrive.

In the event your luggage hasn't arrived, please do the following:
Contact your driver to let them know you have arrived and inform them that you have to make a baggage claim. Your driver's number is provided on your Trip Summary, under the in-trip assistance section.
Contact the airline and ask for a "Property Irregularity Report" (PIR). This document is crucial for reporting lost, delayed, or damaged luggage.
Once you have the PIR, visit the airline's website. They usually have a user-friendly "world tracer" section that allows travelers to trace their baggage and stay updated on its status.
Ensure you provide the airline with the correct hotel address for your claim.
Most airlines have a lost luggage policy that provides an allowance for purchasing essential toiletries and basic clothing items. Keep all receipts for these additional expenses to make a claim with the airline.
